Practical Measures: Telling Your Story through Outcome Measures: November 12, 2014

Measuring your CIL’s outcomes is an excellent way to gather real data on the impact your work has in the lives of your consumers and other people with disabilities in your community. And once you’ve gathered that information, you can use it to communicate your success to funders, legislators, and other stakeholders. It’s also an outstanding tool to highlight programs that need improvement – it can even tell you what changes to make. Upon completion of this webinar, participants will have knowledge and resources that will enable them to: • Describe the Outcome Measures Task Force tool that can be used by Centers to measure and understand outcome findings • Describe reporting and marketing opportunities that come from outcomes measurement • List examples that illustrate the value of outcome measures beyond Federal and / or funder requirements
