This training will walk you through what to do (and not to do!) to prepare for an RSA onsite review or to conduct your own internal review to assess the health of your CIL. Upon completion of this webinar / teleconference, participants will be able to: • Describe RSA’s legal requirements to perform annual CIL on-site reviews • Identify aspects of CIL operations that must meet federal requirements, including standards, indicators, assurances, program operation, organizational structure and administration of the CIL • Describe tips and strategies to conduct an organizational self-assessment and/or organize and prepare for a successful RSA onsite review • Assess a CIL’s level of regulatory compliance and readiness for an on-site review by using the RSA On-Site Review Guide (ORG)
